rooftop pool attentive staff local breads room noise old pillows hard bed
The rooftop pool was a great addition. I enjoyed relaxing there after my daily activities. The staff were helpful and attentive to all requests. The breakfast had a good selection of local breads and pastries.
The room I stayed in was near the reception. It was sometimes noisy with people coming and going. The pillows in the room needed replacing. The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable.

the location was acceptable for accessing local attractions.
my allocated room lacked basic amenities. the shower pressure was inadequate, it made showering difficult. also, i observed maintenance issues throughout my stay such as peeling paint and cracked tiles.

luggage management airport pick-up rooftop sunrises
The staff helped manage my luggage even after checkout. The airport pick-up was a welcome service. Staff carried luggage and this was very helpful after a long journey. The rooftop provided wonderful sunrises.
There was an issue with a night I booked by mistake. I contacted the hotel, but I did not get a response.
